In celebration of the festival’s fifth anniversary, the Grand Tasting Tent features new themes daily:
- Friday Night: 5th Anniversary Opening Celebration and Grand Tasting
- Saturday Afternoon: The Five Tastes: Bitter, Sour, Salty, Sweet, and Umami.
- Saturday Night: Decadence After Dark, The Menu Is in the Music, featuring dishes inspired by chefs’ favorite music.
- Sunday Morning: Brunch by the Bay.
