Since I am back from Spain, it seems appropriate to do a giveaway of the cookbook PINTXOS: Small Plates in the Basque Tradition by local chef Gerald Hirigoyen of Piperade and Bocadillos. This book (from my wonderful publisher, Ten Speed Press) features 75 California-inflected versions of Spanish tapas and French Basque dishes specially written for the home cook.
