This Week: Even More Michael Keaton

Seems Michael Keaton has been on the town even more than yours truly these days: he came in to Café Claude on Saturday during the late afternoon to have coffee and read the newspaper, and then came back later in the evening while the live jazz was going to have drinks at the bar, enjoying the ambiance for a couple of hours. I was also told he came in to Venticello on Saturday for dinner, and continues to impress everyone with his gracious ways.

Michael Keaton has good taste: not only was he spotted at A16 last week, but a reader writes in: “Mr. Keaton was dining at the bar next to us at Bix late Saturday night. He was with a lovely woman and was even nice to the lonely drunk guy who tried to chat him up. They both ordered pasta and wine.”

Michael Keaton dined at the chef counter at A16 Friday night with a female companion. He ordered the beet salad, burrata, cod, and carrots. He was reportedly super chatty with the cook on the oven station—he seemed really interested in pizzas, and was overall “very cool.”
