I can’t pass up another Carrot Top sighting—he seems to be a fan of Italian food, and accents! He dined at A Mano in Hayes Valley over the weekend, and got into a Tony Soprano state of mind as he munched his pizza. (He has more clips of his vacation in SF on his Insta feed—there is day drinking!)
