What exactly is Feed?

Feed is the first social commerce app for food lovers, by food lovers. We’re creating a community around our love of food and curating the best independent and up-and-coming brands in the culinary space in one place (please see what we're cooking up on Instagram).

With Feed’s dynamic social app (download us on iOS and Android), you can discover new and emerging brands, connect with fellow foodies and creators (like tablehopper!), and shop over 500 artisanal makers, organic farms, and small businesses—all conveniently delivered to your door.

From Rize Up Bakery’s ube sourdough loaf 💜🍞, to Fishwife Tinned Fish Co.’s mouth-numbing smoked salmon 🐟 with Sichuan chili crisp collaboration with Fly by Jing, to Frog Hollow Farm’s freshest stone fruit 🍑 of the season, and Ghia’s non-alcoholic Spritzes in a can✨, you’ll find it all on our shelves. Feed also has exclusives, like Very Mulberry’s organic white mulberries, which you can only get on the farm! So, when you don’t have time to hit the farmers’ market or the specialty store, you can save yourself the hassle and find these and many other amazing vendors and products on Feed, all while connecting with other seekers of culinary delight.

Neigh! I often joke that I’m eating for thousands, and in this case, I’ve been trawling the virtual shelves of Feed for the past month so I could cherrypick some favorites for you. It can be overwhelming (in the best way) to see so many delicious, small-batch, local, and international treats all at once, so here are a few ideas on where to start!

-Roberta’s pizza: yes, THE epic, wood-fired pizza from Brooklyn. I love the Famous Original with their housemade mozzarella, while the Baby Sinclair with dinosaur kale and aged cheddar is so savory.

-For those nights when you think you have nothing to eat, and then you remember you have a Kenchan Ramen set in the freezer. Yes! The spicy miso with pork chashu hits the spot, and the noodles have nice bounce.

-Chicken soup dumplings from Mila Dumpling are a nice break from the usual pork xiao long bao. Juicy with delicate wrappers!

-Key lime pie from Three Babes Bakeshop is a wonderful thing to have in the fridge, and the price is kind of a steal. Go ahead, have a slice for breakfast.

I have a bunch more favorites and reviews, from pistachio halva (!) on buttery toast to spicy feta dip, which I post about in the Feed feed on the Feed app! They have created an Instagram-like feed where you can see what Feed other users are noshing on, making for dinner, or doing with their anchovies. 👀 Just search for Marcia Gagliardi when you download the app—follow me and check out my product highlights and tips.

I haven’t been this excited about a virtual pantry in a long time—there are so many things to try, from Turkish baklava (delivered monthly from Gaziantep, Turkey) to Tempesta ‘nduja (the best!) to Nixta’s vegan pupusas to sooo many snacks! I look forward to seeing you on the Feed feed. Have fun shopping with the $25 tablehopper25 discount code off your next order of $40! Even if you’ve already tried Feed, you can use the code! Welcome back. 🙌

Buon appetito!

Yo Feed, will you deliver to me?

We ship twice-weekly throughout California (!), and we host a series of interactive classes and demos in the SF Bay Area with local chefs and personalities, from pizza-making to kimchi fermentation. We have also recently partnered with Dispatch Goods to provide our Bay Area customers the ability to send back their boxes/ice packs and packaging so they can be reused for future shipments (trying to do our small part to decrease our impact while bringing you the best of the best). ♻️
