This Valentine’s Day, Friday February 14th at 7pm, see what’s possible when emerging technologies and culinary creativity mingle together at Tasting California’s Landscape, an immersive tasting program via a collaboration between chef Chris Rossi and new media artist Jeffery Yip. The experience will include an ocean-driven appetizer, a pasta course inspired by the mountains, game from the Central Coast, and a resplendent kiss of sweetness from the heart of the desert with Jeffrey Yip’s animations projected onto the dishes.
