MAVEA Presents "My Water. My Life."
Water is the ultimate raw ingredient. It’s critical to life—not to mention food, coffee, teas, sauces, and cocktails. With this in mind, Mavea has created “My Water. My Life.” This new video series explores how life’s ultimate raw ingredient plays in the lives and craft of some of the best chefs, mixologists, baristas, and food experts in San Francisco, California.
In their first two videos, MAVEA meets up with Four Barrel Coffee founder Jeremy Tooker (shown above), who talks about the importance of using filtered water to brew a quality cup of coffee, and Comstock Saloon owner Jonny Raglin, who explains why water—yes, water—is the most important ingredient in almost any cocktail.
Watch both videos on MAVEA’s “My Water. My Life.” Facebook tab, and be sure to like their page to find out how SFMOMA Blue Bottle Cafe pastry chef Leah Rosenberg and seafood expert and forager Kirk Lombard use life’s ultimate raw ingredient in the coming weeks!
