I hope you’re thirsty, because there are a bunch of upcoming wine dinners and events you should have on your radar. First, ~MAVEN~ in the Lower Haight is hosting a sparkling supper with Roederer Estate on Wednesday January 30th. On Sunday February 3rd, ~ST. VINCENT~ is hosting a Festa Italiana, featuring wines from AR.PE.PE winery in the Valtellina (plus Isabella Pelizzatti Perego will be in attendance), along with Michele Braganti from Chianti’s Monteraponi estate (sangiovese in the house). There will be porchetta sandwiches and other snacks. The restaurant will be set up in a walk-around format for tasting. 1pm-4pm, $55 per person at the door.
