CUESA is back on Wednesday May 21st with their seasonal cocktail parties at the ~FERRY BUILDING~, this time in partnership with SFMOMA, called The Art of the Modern Drink. The spring cocktail lineup will be inspired by modern art and made with produce from the market. More than 12 bartenders will be mixing the artsy potions, including the likes of Jessica Maria (The Hotsy Totsy Club), Nora Furst (Lolinda), and Keli Rivers (The Coachman). The event is 5:30pm-8pm, and there will also be food from local restaurants including Lolinda, The Coachman, The Square, and Modern Art Desserts. Tickets are $45 per person and include 2 full-sized drinks and 11 sample-sized ones.
~ALEXANDER’S STEAKHOUSE~ is having a Macallan Scotch dinner on Saturday May 10th (that’s the day before Mother’s Day—is Mom a Scotch lover?) with beverage and food pairings. The dinner includes a cocktail to start the evening, followed by five courses of food and Scotch pairings, take a look at the menu here. $185 per person, not including tax and gratuity.
