The Slow Wine Guide from Slow Food Italy details all of the best sustainable and local Italian wineries, and you can try some of them out yourself on Monday February 4th at the Slow Wine Tasting. The event will feature Italian wines from more than 50 different producers (with 15 Italian regions represented), and everyone who attends will also receive a copy of the guide.
