Inside Scoop reveals Brooke Arthur is leaving Prospect and will be the bar manager for Charles Phan’s upcoming ~WO HING GENERAL STORE~ on Valencia. (Yup, very close to her previous place of employment, Range.) She will reportedly be working closely with Erik Adkins (The Slanted Door, Heaven’s Dog). Brooke will be behind the stick at Prospect for the first couple weeks of September and will then depart.
As I was sitting at the counter at ~THE SUMMIT~ on Sunday for chef Eddie Lau’s Dux Series 2 dinner, I noted there was a beer tap behind the counter! Hallelujah! You can now order a variety of wines and beer while banging away on your MacBook Pro.
