Catch a special five-course dinner with cocktail pairings on Saturday October 6th at ~RN74~. The event is called Behind the Bottle, and a different Hudson Whiskey will be featured in a cocktail pairing with each course, like the Mais Blanc with corn whiskey, vermouth, chamomile grappa, lemon zest, and chamomile flower, or the East Meets West with single malt, dry Curacao, Benedictine, and sage.
