Now open in the former Saratoga (sniff sniff) is MEMBERS ONLY (with Finders Keepers, the moody downstairs lounge). Serving cocktails and food, it’s aiming for a supperclub-meets-cocktail bar vibe. Owner Phil Chen (Alchemist, Woodbury) has assembled an all-star, all-female management team: beverage director Candice Jae (Evil Eye, Hideout, Lolinda), director of operations Candice Shaub (Alchemist/Woodbury), and creative director Sydni Downs. To accompany the cocktails, there’s raw seafood (oysters, ahi, salmon tartare), small plates (deviled eggs, burrata and prosciutto-wrapped peaches), and hearty mains (steak frites, grilled salmon, two types of burgers). ROAMING GOAT, a wine bar featuring Mediterranean, Californian, Georgian, and Armenian wines, has opened in Cow Hollow. There are also some Mediterranean dips and bites available. It has a spiffy blue interior. Open Tue-Thu 4pm-10pm and Fri-Sat 4pm-12am. 1830 Union St. at Octavia.
