Locals have wondered who or what is going to take over the former Lot 7 space on oh-so-hot Valencia Street, and I am happy to report it’s the wonderful team behind ~LOLO~ on 22nd Street. I spoke with one of the owners, Jorge Martínez, who tells me they are very excited to acquire the second space, and should be opening something in it before the end of the year. I will keep you posted on their plans, which are in a nascent stage right now.
