On Thursday May 20th, you can learn how to make homemade cow and goat’s milk yogurt and kefir, a fermented milk drink. Jordan Champagne of Happy Girl Kitchen Co. will be leading this probiotic-rich workshop where participants take home a pint each of yogurt and kefir, including enough kefir grains to start your own batch at home.
