Lovers of barbecue, you may want to check out this screening of SMOKESTACK LIGHTNING, A DAY IN THE LIFE OF BARBECUE by Lolis Eric Elie, a New Orleans-based writer and filmmaker. The event will include a barbecue dinner provided by Memphis Minnie’s,The Epicurean Connection, Wild Thyme Catering and Events, and Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates. Wine will be provided by Highway 12 Winery and Vineyards and Spann Vineyards, with beer by Moonlight Brewing Company and Uncommon Brewers. There will also be music by The Hellhounds.
