Beauty’s Bagel Shop isn’t quite open yet, but Oakland already has more local bagels to add to the roster. Brothers Mark and Jason Scott of AUTHENTIC BAGEL COMPANY are reportedly making 90 bagels a day at their new retail shop in Jack London Square. ~HAVEN~ has started serving Sunday brunch from 10:30am-2pm. The family-style menu is $25 per person (last week’s menu included housemade granola, braised bacon and slow-poached eggs, buttermilk biscuits, and strawberry “pop tarts”). There are also five different eye-opener cocktails for $10 each.
