According to The Richmond SF blog, CHOMP N’ SWIG has replaced Cafe Mereb, serving coffee and pastries starting at 7am, and sandwiches and beer as the day goes on. Happy hour is Mon-Fri 3pm-7pm. According to Scoop, ~ROAM ARTISAN BURGERS~ is planning to take over the OSAKA space on Fillmore and open a second location. If the deal goes through, the plan is to open this summer after a redesign. 1923 Fillmore St. at Pine.
