Since chef David Bazirgan of CHEZ PAPA RESTO is off to Fifth Floor, his replacement has just been named, Steven Rojas. Chef Rojas grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and his background includes TRU in Chicago, Patina in Los Angeles, executive chef at Saddle Peak Lodge in Calabasas (where he received a Michelin star), and most recently, he was chef de cuisine at El Bizcocho at the Rancho Bernardo Inn.
