Yo, cheese lovers (am sure that includes many of you). Thought you should know THE CHEESE SCHOOL OF SAN FRANCISCO just released the Fall 2010 schedule, and the new semester begins on September 14th. There are actually a bunch of new classes this semester; including Cheesemongering for Champions, designed for anyone interested in becoming a cheesemonger.
