Eater was the first to catch the liquor license activity for the recently closed ZUPPA space in SoMa, and the taker is none other than Chris Cosentino (Incanto, Boccalone). Details are spare for now, so stand by on what his plans are for the space (I have always thought it’s an amazing location and building). 564 4th St. at Brannan.
