SFoodie was the first to note Charlie Palmer seemed to be working on a project at the CRESCENT HOTEL. Inside Scoop got confirmation that he is in fact working with the developer City-Core to open a “chef-driven boutique hotel.” Palmer will be opening a brand-new restaurant concept in the hotel, and fans of The Burritt Room will be happy to know the historic bar will remain open.
